MANN COUNSELING GROUP 2019, DESIGN BY JEN LEA LC

Gina Ray

My name is Gina Ray, and I believe in being wholeheartedly present with my clients as they take the arduous journey towards wholeness and healing. I believe strongly in the power of counseling and its role in personal growth. My experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, combined with years of education and training, serve as the foundation for my work. I bring empathy and compassion into the counseling experience based on my own story of pain and healing. You will feel safe, comfortable, heard, and understood.

I hold a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University (Summa Cum Laude).  My specialty areas of study include relationally-induced post traumatic stress, betrayal trauma, post-traumatic growth, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and working with adolescents. I provide individual counseling, couples counseling, and group counseling services.

My deepest desire is for you to receive the very best outcome that can arise from my endless curiosity on how to unite the evolving neuroscience of trauma research with the emergent wave of body-oriented therapies and traditional mind/body practices. From that, your path rises beyond symptom relief to reconnect with the vital energy of your core self: your true innate worth and your here-and-now presence.
